We have put together some information relating to ordering, delivery and our returns policy - we strongly suggest you read these before purchasing as Original Artwork will can not be refunded - not that you would want to send it back as they are awesome... (my lawyers are making me write all of this, imagine a world without lawyers, wouldn't it be wonderful!)
ordering
when i order what information do you collect?
JackCB isn't interested in people so he only needs to know your address, email, bank account, show size and other DNA evidence for profiling. We only collect the information to make the sale or purchase and do not send your details out to anyone.
what payment method can i use?
We take all payment methods, credit cards - we do not take bitcoin or paypal.
can you ask jack to sign my item for me?
Jack is always happy to sign personal messages. So if you want him to let us know and we will put a pen in his hand and tell him what to write.
delivery
i live in the uk how long will my order take?
According to Royal Mail it takes between 1-3 days on shipping and is sent secured post which means you need to sign for it.
how will it be shipped?
We will send it by secure signed for postage.
i live outside of the uk - how long will it take?
It takes 3-5 business days to reach you from the UK. It will cost a little bit more for postage and packaging but we will let you know.
returns
when i order can i get a refund?
All our orders do not permit a refund as they are pieces of artwork and you will receive a certificate of authenticity for re-sale on the secondary art market. If you wish to have a virtual viewing of the piece you wish to purchase we will happily ask Jack to turn his webcam on and show you.
my t-shirt doesn't fit can i return it for free?
We have put measurements in the clothing store so please measure yourself before you click purchase. As they are limited edition again we can't permit a refund because they will come with a certificate of authenticity.
